1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Winmail File Viewer ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Winmail File Viewer is an iOS application that allows users to open and view winmail.dat files, which are proprietary email attachments created by Microsoft Outlook. The App processes these files locally on your device to extract and display their contents.

3. License to Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial use on iOS devices that you own or control, subject to these Terms and Apple's App Store Terms of Service.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

The App offers subscription plans with the following terms:

• Weekly, Monthly, and Annual subscription options are available
• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID Account Settings
• Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms
• Not use the App to process files that you don't have the right to access
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack the App
• Not use the App in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the service

6. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Winmail File Viewer and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our App.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. Your use of the App is at your sole risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Winmail File Viewer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the App.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Winmail File Viewer from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, including legal fees, arising out of your use or misuse of the App, violation of these Terms, or violation of any rights of a third party.

10. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the App or by other means. Your continued use of the App after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved in the courts of the United States.
